Limestone Health Facility opened in December 1965 with 86 beds. Since that time, the facility remains home owned and operated.

Limestone Health Facility has provided healthcare for generations. We have continued to grow to a 170-bed licensed, skilled nursing facility specializing in long-term care and rehabilitation including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.

We offer specialized diets, activity programs, full-service hair salon and restorative nursing, all in a home-like atmosphere.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private pay and private insurance.
